• BAIC Client Portal

  An invite-only secure client portal providing access to an AI assistant, project resources, and consulting materials relevant to each client's engagement.

3. Consulting Engagements

Specific consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Barniville AI Consulting and the client. These Terms apply to the general use of our website and services but do not replace formal consulting agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to:

• Prompts
• Automation methodologies
• System architectures
• Templates
• Documentation

remains the property of Barniville AI Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where services are provided under a subscription or monthly consulting arrangement, clients typically receive a limited licence to use systems while the consulting agreement remains active.

Ownership terms may vary depending on individual service agreements.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Artificial intelligence technologies may produce outputs that are:

• Inaccurate
• Incomplete
• Outdated
• Biased or inconsistent

Clients and website users should not rely solely on AI-generated outputs without appropriate review.

Barniville AI Consulting does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs generated by artificial intelligence systems.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and lawful data
• Ensuring staff are properly trained to use AI systems
• Verifying outputs generated by AI tools before relying on them in business operations

Barniville AI Consulting is not responsible for disruptions, errors, or changes in third-party platforms.

However, Barniville AI Consulting does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or operational improvements.

Results depend on many factors including business processes, data quality, staff adoption, and external market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Irish law, Barniville AI Consulting shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business opportunities
• Operational disruptions
• Decisions made based on AI outputs

All services and website content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and their business information. Any confidential information shared during consulting engagements will be handled responsibly and not disclosed to any third party without the client's prior written permission, unless required by law.

Client portal conversations are private to each individual client. No client can access the conversations, data, or materials of another client. Access controls and row-level security enforce this separation at the database level.

11. Data Processing

Where clients use the BAIC Client Portal, personal data including name, email address, and AI conversation history is processed by Barniville AI Consulting as data controller under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) — contract performance.

Data is stored on Supabase (EU Ireland) and AWS (EU Ireland). All data remains within the European Economic Area.

Clients may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting daniel@baic.ie. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

12. Subcontractors

Barniville AI Consulting may use subcontractors or specialist partners to assist in delivering services. Such subcontractors may contribute to system implementation, development, or consulting work. Where subcontractors process personal data, appropriate data processing agreements are in place.

13. Testimonials and Case Studies

From time to time, we may request permission to publish case studies or testimonials regarding projects completed.

Clients who provide a public testimonial and allow a public case study may be eligible for promotional discounts.

No confidential business information will be disclosed without explicit written consent.
